A List Of Other Vitamins, Herbs, And Supplements I'm Taking

As of February 23, 2021 (02/23/2021), I'm not taking any supplements besides what is listed on my main intake chart/schedule. I have taken testosterone "boosters" and energy supplements in the past, and I will take those again as I have found that a couple of brands enhanced my mood and I didn't feel frustrated and hopeless as much if at all.

It's a good idea to be aware of what you're eating and ingesting to analyze and possibly determine if it may be interferring with your progress, medicines, or negatively impacting any other holistic herbs, medicines, or regimine that you're on.

SUPPLEMENT STATUS REASON WHY I AM (or AM NOT) USING IT
Ceylon Cinnamon capsule/powder Control blood sugar; fight bacteria; love the taste; I reduced the intake to one 600mg capsule or I take them mixed in food (before, they made my eyes burn at 1200mg - recommended daily)
Ginger powder Control blood sugar; internal cleansing of germs/disease
Cayenne pepper powder Energy; control bloog pressure; love hot and spicy foods
Mothers Bragg Vinegar Control blood sugar; researching; *It is claimed that vinegar can also lower cholesterol, but after my physical and blood test, my doctor told me my cholesterol was high. I usually take about two tablespoons a day, 3 - 4 times per week.
